My processesor goes directly to pro-logic on all dvd's. Only can get digital when switched to one mode in a deafening level that is not adjustable (0 db). Please tell me I don't need an upgrade.
Make sure your player is setup to output bitstream from its digital outs. Select digital input on pre/pro for source. Read your parasound book for setup instructions. It should work fine for DD/DTS source with no upgrade.
