I don't know the DAC64 but I would say that the DAC in the HUGO is much better than the dac in my 105. Keep in mind the price differences. It should be better.
OPPO BDP-105D internal DAC vs. CHORD DAC64?
Hello everyone.
I am currently using a Sonos as source and DAC64 as DAC.
I was hoping to substitute Sonos with an OPPO, and maybe even the DAC64.
Has anyone compared the two?
Or does the OPPO need serious upgrades to sound like the CHORD?
In my experience, the CHORD is way better than the DAC integrated into my amp, the Hegel H300...
