Opinions on Muse Model Nine - non signature

I got tired of fighting with my Audiolab 8000 transport, put in a bid on a Muse Model Nine, and what do you know, I won. Now I'm thinking that the Theta Pro Prime II can go as well instead of just replacing the transport. Thoughts?

I'd try it first with a DAC. I own a 9 sig. I've had it for 2-3 years now. In it's price range, it's hard to beat.

There are also several generations of the 9. Muse can update them for $$$
