Opinions on JE Audio used monoblocks

Let me try this again. Maybe links aren't allowed in a post.
I've been watching for a decent set of well reviewed tube monoblocks. There is a set of JE Audio VM60 amps for sale here that have decent-to-rave reviews online and the price seems like a steal. That being said, the seller has had no luck selling them for quite a few days. Is there something up with the JE Audio brand scaring folks away? Or am I just overly paranoid? :)
