So there is crime in NYC big deal, there is crime in every city, town, and state in America. Crime is not what defines NYC or anyplace again enough already.

My GF lives in Manhattan and I go to NYC fairly frequently. It's a fantastic city vibrant and alive and with a million things to do. Those here to denigrate it are just hate-filled ignoramuses.

@jl1ny What I said was crime in NYC is no different from crime other places too big a deal was being made of crime in NYC as if it's some criminal hellhole. And seriously using tragic anecdotes is such a cheap ploy keep that one to yourself next time.

Dude crime happens all over including NYC yes. No one's disputing that, I see my point sailed way over your head.

So just to be clear the amount has not been decided on yet and it's just for families who were cruelly separated by the Trump administration. They certainly deserve some compensation for the horrors they were forced to endure.

Unreal that "Great Replacement Theory" has been spouted in here.
