NJ Audio Society?

I have written to the email addresses published each issue in Stereophile magazine, yet receive no response. Can someone tell me what's up with this organization?

Thanks,

I could tell you those, but then I'd have to kill you.

Actually, I don't remember them myself, that's why I suggest contacting me.
Duddley: E-mail me with your information and I'll send you the scoop. Don't know why you haven't been getting through, unless S-phile has my address wrong. Our next meeting is this Sunday in the Mattawan area, Audes is showing its stuff.

Audioman4, while NJAS has meetings in central Jersey as far down as Bordentown and Brick on a lot of occasions, you should get in touch with member Slipknot on this site, he's in your area (Moorestown) and has started an informal listening group. Check the thread South Jersey Audio Club.
Geoff: You're a ways out west from many of our meetings, but we have had recent meetings in Branchburg and Warren, so you might find some of the meetings interesting and accessible. As far as what goes on, we try to vary it--some demonstrations by equipment manufacturers (this month is a Cary Audio presentation with Dennis Had, last month a Linn presentation), some instructional meetings with members talking about or demonstrating tweaks, room acoustics, speaker design, etc., some musical programs, a trip to a recording studio, or just plain hanging out and listening to music. Sort of a nice way to spend a day with people who don't think you're completely nuts when you talk about wires making a difference!
Listens2tubes--I e-mailed you directly. We have a meeting at my house tomorrow. Give me a call if interested in coming.
The only change from what Rdean posted is the URL address, which has changed to http://njas.gngdiscoveries.com/. I'd suggest just contacting me, preferably at the Zaisgroup address above, for more information.

Rdean, while you're racing your Porsche, ever run into (not literally, of course) the head of my company (Christian Zugel)? And feel free to come back to the NJAS anytime!
Juan--I e-mailed you a couple of times on this, and have not heard from you. Please get in touch with me and I'll give you the details.

Rayr2: Our meeting this weekend (the 18th) is actually in Cinnaminson, pretty near you, at Audiogon member Slipknot's place. It will be an analog meeting, vinyl and some RTR as well. You might also consider joining the Philadelphia group, of which Slipknot is a member, as well, it's a good group and close by you.
Check out www.njaudiosociety.com, that will give you the information you need. You're a bit south of most of our members, though we do have people coming from PA and Delaware to our meetings on a regular basis. You should also check out the Philadelphia society, they're close to you (you live very close to Audiogon member Slipknot); check either with him or A-gon member Trelja about that fine group.
