NHThifi is the Bomb
Just relating an out-of-the-park customer experience I had with NHThifi.
I ordered an AudioQuest coax cable thru their website. When I had not received any email confirmation for about a day, I called to see what was up.
Apparently the cable was to be drop shipped from AQ and the order hadn't been processed yet. Chris, The guy I was talking to apologized profusely and said he would check it out and get back to me.
Well, the next day I get an email from Chris informing me that:
1. I was getting a free upgrade to a higher-level (and twice as expensive) cable.
2. Two-day shipping would be paid by NHThifi.
Incredible!
