Newbe Question, Krell 400xi - PS Audio Dac Hook-up

Hi,
I have a beginner question. I am going to purchase a Krell 400xi amp and a PS Audio Dac III. What is the best way to hook this up? The krell amp has balanced inputs but does not have coax.

Thanks for your help,
Matt

Forgot to mention that I want to hook-up the above with a Yamaha cd player that has coax and optical inputs.
DAC to integrated amp via balanced; CD to DAC via coax (get a true 75 ohm coax cable).
The only logical way to connect it up is as 2chnlben indicated. You might consider your cabling from Blue Jeans Cable. The Belden 1800F for the balanced cables and the Belden 1505F for the digital cable. Both are quite flexible.
WHOULD i GET A BETTER SOUND IF i WAS TO PURCHASE THE NEW SONY CD PLAYER THAT HAS BALANCED INPUTS AND HOOK IT UP DIRECTLY INTO THE KRELL VIA BALANCED INPUT?
No one can answer that question, because no one but you can decide which DAC and analog section you prefer. Obviously, less cabling with the Sony player, but one advantage of a good external DAC is that you can use just about any player (i.e., low cost) as a transport. Players being mechanical, it's possible you'll have a repair issue with it before the external DAC.
Krell and Sony XA5400ES is a no brainer and will give you better sound than the PS Audio DAC wt a crap transport. The transport is more important than you think!!
