I have auditioned both the XLS340 and XLS360 speakers. They have very little bass. You would need a subwoofer. They are very expensive floor standing speakers not to be able to reproduce adequate bass on their own. These new speakers replace Mac's LS series speakers and are intended for the home theater crowd. They are industrial looking and would be ugly for a living room setting.
New Mcintosh XlS 340 or 360 anybody heard them ?
Any one hear the new lineup yet fro Mcintosh, they look interesting, any thoughts, thanks.
