New laser pickup for MHZS CD 88F CD player
First time I noticed intermittent sound from my MHZS CD 88F CD player approx. 8 months ago. I purchased it new directly from China, and it did not cause any problems until now.
This problem becomes manifest with some Cds (usually, first track) and normally disappears after a cleanup with a Q-tip.
This time, it did not help.
As far as I understand, it uses a cheap 213Q Sony laserhead. I have two questions:
1. What is the source of a new laser pick up (213Q Sony or better quality that would fit instead of the 213Q Sony laser pick up)?
2. Does it require special technical skills to replace the laser pick up?
