New Adcom GFA-555 se - Special Edition

Adcom is making a new version of the GFA-555 II, the GFA-555 se. This amplifier is essentially the GFA-555 II with slight improvements including balanced inputs larger capacitors resulting in a better soundstage and an even higher damping factor. I haven't owned any Adcom products, but I was very, very interested in a pair of Mirage M-3 speakers years ago.

I went to the dealer and listened to the speakers several times (he was driving them with a pair of Adcom 565 mono's).

The amps must have been pretty good....because the speakers sounded outstanding.
