Need person/place for Sony tuner repair...

Any suggestions for a good place to have a Sony tuner repaired and aligned would be appreciated. It is a model ST-SA5ES. The problem it has is that there is a delayed turn-on relay that started taking longer and longer to "click" so that the tuner had an output....now the relay will not allow the tuner to produce any sound...the lights come on but the 2nd relay "click" that used to happen now does not. I would also like to have it aligned.
