need a preamp for 2channel ATI amp

i am currently using a kenwood-ka-7300 intagrated amp for my preamp hooked up to a ATI at1502 amp with energy exl-26 speakers.iwant to replace the kenwood for a warm sounding preamp.any advice would be most helpfull.
