NAD av receiver and Martin Logan Spires

Hi All,

Is there any chance an NAD home theater receiver rated at over 120 watts rms would be able to power my Martin Logan spires adequately when I used it in pure stereo mode?

I listen to all kinds of music and currently run the Spires through a Modwright Preamp and a spectron amp.

Thanks in advance.

If you are speaking about the T787 or last generation T785, they both do have a very good amp section for an AVR. This guy on AVS uses a T787 with ML EFX's and seems to be very pleased.
