If it's only one record, it's not your turntable. Let it go.
That's the biggest problem I see with vinyl. People get too obsessive about it. I can certainly understand how everyone wants their setup to be as perfect as possible, but in the real world, all records are different thicknesses, many have off-center holes, and plenty with some built-in distortion. In case you haven't figured it out, it's a far from perfect medium. But at it's best it can be wonderful.
