Musical Fidelity remote issues

I have a Musical fidelity CD player and Integrated amp which use the same remote and it has been working fine until:
Over Christmas holiday I got a 52" Samsung LCD TV and when the TV is on, the remote will not work the CD player but will work the integrated amp. With TV off, all work ok.
Any ideas?
