I love email but.......................

I love your e-mails, especially the ones loaded with praise, but please guys! Serial e-mails that take hours of answers, "give and take" or those the size of a small book are too time consuming for us to address. If you have detailed questions then it is important to talk directly with us by phone. E-mail is a blunt instrument!
We try to answer all of our e-mail, but remember, if you have an e-mail account with a "size limit" which is common for "free" mailboxes, and your inbox is full, I can't answer your e-mail. It will be kicked back as "undeliverable"! I can only make one attempt in these cases. So if you don't get an answer try again or call.

John did my ST 202 last year... I'm very pleased with the outcome. His inter-connect is good, too. Good luck.
