Moscode 401 is it better than Dodd 120/Bat SE600

I would like to hear from anyone who owns the Moscode 401HR.

I read a review referring to the Moscode 401HR being better than the Dodd 120's and the respected Bat SE600.

Anyone out with any thoughts regarding this?
