MIT ... joeabrams

It's aggravating browsing through MIT listings with joeabrams duplicated ads.  Does this bother anyone else or just me.   I can't believe this help sales ... wish he would stop, PITA!

It doesn't bother me and I have bought from Joe many times.  He is great to deal with.
If he's listing multiple times then he's paying multiple times. if it doesn't bother him, I guess that's all that counts.
Joe Abrams has been excellent to deal with. His in depth, long term knowledge of MIT products combined with a friendly professional attitude makes him an invaluable resource for those interested in guidance on a first purchase as well as those like myself, with a significant investment in some of MIT’s most advanced power cords, interconnect, speaker cables and power conditioners. He is definitely a contributor to Audiogon and I certainly don’t mind multiple postings as long as he can supply the demand :)   Aside; I take this opportunity to wish Joe wonderful holidays, a great 2018 and continued business success. Pete from Vancouver, BC.
Fair enough, I guess just me :-)   Part of the reason is can't keep up with MIT lineup.  Shotgun, Oracle V2, v1.2, Magnum, 2C3D .. so doesn't help with pages of duplicated listings.   Looks like will be working with my local MIT dealer to sort out the mess.
I concur...
Joe Abrams is a pleasure to deal with..
If I would venture a guess I believe the multiple listings makes it a little more difficult for others to resell their cables...But that’s just a guess..

... and other dealers.  I hope you all plan to keep them for good.
Don't you mean, hope I plan to keep them for good, after all your the one going to the MIT dealer to sort it all out.
I don’t think multiple listings, intentional or not, are necessarily good or bad either way. I’ve spoken with Joe and he is knowledgeable and very helpful. That provides significant value. And I think at the MIT level of cables, customers have pretty much decided that MIT is the best solution for them to get the most out of their systems. There is a reason Wilson Audio and Magico usually use MIT at the audio shows. It doesn’t matter if there is one pair or 50 pair available when a customer is deciding on a product. Sure there is always going to exist a bit of a market clearing price level for certain products, but paying +- a few percent for a pair isn’t going to be a deal breaker. It’s not like someone is making a decision [based on price] for $300 speaker cables from company A or paying $350 for company B. If I have decided I want a 2 year old silver Lexus LS460, it really doesn’t matter that much what Chevys or Toyotas or Hondas are selling for, and how many listings there are on the market.
