I am thinking of getting a used Melos CDD-2 transport and was wondering if anyone has tried it and how they liked the unit? Any comments would be appreciated. I will be partnering this with an EAD DSP7000 mk3 dac.
It is true Melos is not around but there is a company called Melos Audio Restorations out in Las Vegas who has some of the Melos people on staff. They are doing repairs and upgrades on all Melos units. Try them out, ask for Will.
