McIntosh MR78 Owners
Folks,
I'm compiling a database of MR78 serial numbers to track/determine those units still in use. I would appreciate if you own one if you could supply the serial number. If you know when your unit was manufactured (year, month if possible) this would also be appreciated. I would also be interested on your views on the MR78's sonic/performance properties compared to other tuner's you have owned or listened to. Finally, if you have an MR78 with the Richard Modaffieri modifications could you describe the improvements if any you heard from these modifications. If you know anyone with one of these unit's could you pass this request along. Thanks for your time and assistance.
