McIntosh MC402 vs MC303 for sound quality?

What do people think about the SQ between these 2 amps? My gut (having heard the 402) and knowing the 402 is fully balanced, is that the 402 wins on sonics.

I'd like to hear what people think about these 2. Let me know! Thanks.
