Mcintosh c22 60th pre amp has anyone listened to ?

I know there were only 60 sets sold , but was looking at a purchase of the pre amp only and was trying to compare it to the mcintosh 2300. I understand the mc on the phono is very good and if anyone is actually using it with there phono?
