I have the same build date. I modded to VSEI Level 4.5 which turned out to be a great move. Cost me $2000.00 for the $3000.00 new player. I doubt you would lose that much money if you wanted to sell a modded SCD-1. Check out the reviews on this mod. I used them to make the decision to mod and I now agree with what I read.
