Mark Levinson JC1-ac

I have a Mark Levinson JC1-ac moving coil cartridge preamp and a Thorens TD 160 turntable with a Denon DL 103s moving coil cartridge attached. These items are in original boxes with manuals and paperwork. They are in tip top condition. Should I offer them for sale together or separately? I hooked it all up yesterday. I sure miss the sweet sound of my audiophile yesteryears.
I think you can sell the turntable with the cartridge, as long as it is sold as a 1 price unit, but the pre needs to be listed in a seperate ad.
Just wondering, should I polish the platter or leave the original patina?
