Marantz SA-14: Original vs. Version 2?

I just found out that the Marantz SA-14 ver 2 will be available in this country.

Has anybody out there compared the two? Please be as specific as possible.

Any idea as to how much? The machine was promised last month, yet, as far as I know, it still doesn't actually exist in the US (at least at 110V)....
