+1 WKCR out of Columbia U in NYC has some of the most interesting programming anywhere. This weekend is a case in point. To celebrate Charlie Parker’s centennial (he would be 100) they are featuring classic, archival, rare and bootleg and bootleg recordings and very interesting commentary of this pivotal Jazz artist 24/7 for eight (!) days.
