Local audio dealer absolutely essential

I recently reported in this newsgroup a small problem with my local dealer and PSB speakers. I want to follow up with positive feedback for Denver Audio Designs. This is a brick-and-mortar dealer which truly cares about its customers. This dealer went to bat with PSB on my behalf and the end result is a very satisfied customer. I did buy the Synchrony Two speakers, and even ordered a 3rd one for my center speaker. Denver Audio worked with me all the way and made me a true believer in the local audio store.
