Unfortunately at 8pm or later I do not eat, but can consume about 2 shots of liquor.

Mr Henry's - located 6 blocks from the U.S. Capitol - has live music upstairs Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights typically starting at 8p. Wednesday night is particularly good featuring local talent in an open, jazz jam format. There is a food and drink minimum, and tips are expected, but no cover. Always enjoyable and worth a visit.
