I HAVE KEILIDH WITH K-100S ACTIVE AND REPLACED THE TWEETER AND HEARD IMMEDIATELY MORE DETAIL....BUT LET THE DEALERSHIP DO THE WORK BECAUSE THE UNIT IS EASY TO REPLACE BUT LINN WANTS THE CONNECTION TO BE FILLED WITH LINN PASTE FOR PROPER CONNECTION
LINN Kaber tweeter upgrade
I have an all Linn system including activ Kabers driven by LK 100's. The speakers have the ceramic dome tweeter. Has anyone out there upgraded their Kaber, Keltik, Tukan, etc. tweeters to the new soft dome unit currently on the Ninka and Katan speakers? It is a Linn authorized revision, but they make no claims as to an improvement in performance.
