Like the new look to audiogon ?

I can’t believe how disastrous this release turned out. As someone who was an IT developer, then moved up into management, this sort of event would cause heads to roll.

I’m not in the market for any equipment, but based on this thread, I did a few searches. As has been mentioned, what used to work simply and effectively has now become a cacophony of noise and . Instead of getting 3 or 23 results back, I get whatever the system came back with lost in the hundreds of components I didn’t search for.

Audiogon, my suggestion, a complete rollback of this change

I have to think they will soon realize the number of new ads getting purchased has collapsed.  No one who has experienced this mess will use Audiogon unless and until they revert to the format that worked.  That’s likely the most effective way of getting them to back these changes out.

Inline with making a move this spring, over the winter, I listed a bunch of components on several sites, including Audiogon and USA Audio Mart.

Interestingly enough, I’ve received 4 inquiries in the past several days to my USA Audio Mart ads that have sold and / or expired. Previously, I’ve only had one person contact me over the past 3 months. Evidently, people have begun voting with their feet. As Yogi Berra said, "If people don’t want to go, you can’t stop them."
