Lexicon DC-1 vs DC-2 - Should I upgrade?

I have a DC-1 with all options but DTS. It has version 4 software. Considering selling it and buying a used DC-2. Does this make sense? What would I gain from moving to a DC-2?

If you are going to upgrade, take the step to the MC-1 if you like Lexicon. I love Lexicon and think there is no better surround processor on the market. I think the DC-1, x-DTS is the best value as well! Keep it and go to the MC-1 when it is affordable! Dan
