Legacy Whisper vs. Genesis V?

Which one do you guys think is a better speaker and why? Also if they both cost the same which one would you buy? How they sound, build quality, what they require to make them sound good, resale, 2 ch set-up and 5.1/7.1 theater set-up, etc. Any help would be nice, I just want to see what everyone else thinks. Thanks.
