Krell KSA 50 (fan?) noise?

Hi there. I have a wonderful Krell ksa 50 on loan. I love its sound but is it possible that I hear quite clearly a noise coming from the amplfier? I know fans are supposed to be noisy, but that much? Thanks. Maurizio. Italy

While I am really impressed with quality sound matching my Audio Research LS5mk2 and the Krell Ksa 50, I'll have the Krell opened and carefully checked to be double sure about my perspective purchase.
