Krell KSA 200s or Boulder 500AE for Thiel 2.4's?
I am running a Boulder 500AE which I had already purchased when a Krell KSA 200s became available. The Boulder handles the 4ohm (or less) load of the Thiels just fine. But, the Krell doubles down and down, which is what the Thiels need. I'm wondering if I am really stepping up, at twice the price for a recapped Krell. They are both about the same age, and both have been recently recapped etc. at the respective factories. I'd like to know if anyone has experienced either or both of these amps, and would share their opinion..
