This sometimes happens if the commercial's sound format is different from the program you're watching (ie. DPL vs DD)everytime the unit changes formats, you will hear that relay clicking sound-usually after a 2 second gap while it tries to figure out what's going on. Not its most appealing feature....
Krell HTS 7.1 clicking problems
Has anyone had problems with their Krell HTS 7.1 Processor when watching television? Mine has the 2.6 software. When watching TV, and programming comes back from a commercial, there is a clicking sound, and a loss of audio for a fraction of a second. I thought I read that an upgrade in software to 3.7 corrects this problem. Before I pay for the upgrade, I was curious if any one else had these problems. And if a software upgrade helped.
