Klipsch

How would the Klipsch KLF-10 speakers do with low powered set tube amp?
Any opinions on this speaker?

It should do just fine...as tubes and Klipsch are a good match.

What tube amp are you looking at ?
For what it's worth 45 SET mono amps seem to drive Klipsch Cornwall IIs very well.

The KFF-10 speakers would work very well and sound good. There's always a better sounding speaker to purchase but if you like horns, Klipsch is a good way to go. I've owned many. As far as pricing of 2A3 tubes...there are many to choose from at different prices...no problem. I used a 5 watt 2A3 monoblocks with Klipsch speakers.

I have Klipsch KLF-20 in HT setup with Yamaha RXV-3000.
My Yaqin MC10L (50W tube amp) sounds much much more musical than Yamaha on KLF.
Yamaha does OK for movies, though.
I have a pair of klf-10s and I use bryston gear. Even though they will work with lower powered amps power is always a plus! More dynamic sounding with power behind them. Bryston B135 sings on those speakers and much more balanced sound then a SET.
