Kharma Ceramique questions

I am hoping someone can help me with some questions I have on the Kharma Ceramique speaker line. I have seen some of the older model, 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0, Ceramique being sold for very good prices. How do the current models 1.1, 2.2 and 3.1’s differ in performance to the older models? Has anyone compared the 1.1, 2.2 and the 3.1 to the 1.2, 2.3 and the 3.2’s? Are they worth the extra money?

Thank you for your help

The current crop, especially the 3.2F, are definately worth the money and I highly recommend them.
I started with Ceramique 2.0, went to 1.1s and now have the amazing Grand Midis.
But if you can get an older generation for a great price you are still getting one of the best speakers out there.
The Kharmas have evolved but not really changed, the
elements that attracted me to them in the beginning are still there just more refined which I assume will be an ongoing process.
I own a pair of Kharma 1.2 (also called 1.2 CRM) but have not done any comparison with other Kharma speakers. Your best guy is Jtinn. Good luck.
I too am interested in people’s opinions when comparing the older Kharma line to the newer models.
IMHO, the differences are subtle. The Ceramique 2.0 benifited by a firm support surface, in my particular instance a plinth. Jim.
