Just picked up a reissue of The Inner Mystique

...by the Chocolate Watch Band today, and I have a few questions. First off, did the original album have any more information about the band? The gatefold on the reissue just has an extensive dedicated to list. Also, the guy who sold me the record said that each side has a different band performing on it even though it is not listed on the official credits. This seems to make sense as side one is more psychedelic, and the second is 60's garage oriented(which was noted by a neatly printed post it note on the front cover). Finally, how is it that "I'm Not Like Everybody Else" is not grouped in with early punk anthems like The Stooge's "No Fun", or MC5's "Kick Out the Jams"? Only a year seperates the releases, and it's kind of suprising you never really hear about the Inner Mystique.

'I'm not like everybody else' is indeed a punk classic...it is a kinks song. there is a choclate watchband website with lots of info, as well as wiki. 'no way out' is their masterpiece.
