I hope you get responses; I'd like to see the other opinions. I will say I think the difference between my Electra 926s and the Utopias I have heard (mini, mezzo and alto) did not strike me as at all worth the extra dollars. But room size is an issue with JM Labs - the larger speakers need a lot of space to sound their best.
JM Lab Electra xx7 series: R&D jewel or marketing?
I would like to hear from owners (past, present) and others who have considered the xx7 series over the xx6 or the Utopia. I cannot make up my mind between a truly Anniversary "steal" edition and a simple marketing coup that eventually went bad. Tks.
