Damn. Just received a notice that the Jazz standard in NYC is no longer in business. It was a tremendous place to see live jazz. One of many businesses that couldn't survive the pandemic, I guess.
Or one of the many businesses that couldn't survive Cuomo / De Blasio? It's sad to see NYC food and music fall so far behind other cities around the world.
