Agreed. I'm not a big country music fan but this may be the album of the year.

his last 2 releases were great for me.....walmart has it for 10 bucks.

I just picked this up on your recommendation. I agree that it's a great collection for those who prefer their country music old fashioned, straight up, and on the western side of the fence. It kinda reminds me (just a bit) of 'The A List' by Roseann Cash - but with decidedly more memorable instrumental performances.
