The Redbook of this album is not bad, but we all know XRCD usually does a great remastering from the actual master tape.
The Redbook remaster attempted to center the alto saxophone and has a strange diffuse instrument placement. The XRCD from the master places Jackie clearly on the left side with drums right side. Obviously, much cleaner presentation, improved imaging and far more dynamic.
Highly recommended version if you like this album.
