Itunes has regularly asked me if I wanted to download a new version. I have always declined. Yesterday I agreed and downloaded the newest version. A word of caution: If you do this, and own an itouch remote, the itouch will note "see" the computer. You must download the latest update for the itouch in order for it to control the latest version of itunes. That's all I can add to your inquiry.
iTunes Versions
I'm currently using iTunes v. 9.2 which I believe is several generations old. I've been reluctant to switch to a newer version, as I believe they've changed the artwork management again, and am concerned it may make the artwork less accessable to my squeezebox server. Has anybody dealt with this issue or heard bad things about moving up to the most recent versions of iTunes?
