ITunes data file issues
Been using iTunes for years. Mostly JRiver but using iTunes ripped CD files. The problem is iTunes does incredible damage to the classical music albums. Two problems I need solving.
1. My files get duplicate file tracks and I have to go in and delete, (1200 times once) Know there is software to buy that will take care of problem and I know how to remove duplicates one at a time but I've got thousands and they continue to pop up.
2. Maybe a worse problem is the albums are fragmented. iTunes during ripping (I use dbamp) creates two of three albums from the CD. Wonderful to have a classical symphony's movements scattered all over the iTunes landscape.
Help ... I'm thinking about getting a streamer system like Auralic or aurender etc ROON...would these fix the problems?
