Is there a difference in these two videos?

I see advertized two different versions of:

"Forbidden Planet"

One is called, Forbidden Planet (Ultimate Collector's Edition)
The other is called, the 50th Anniversary Edition.

Is there a diffence in the quality of the movie transfer?
