I know this is a super old thread but I have to chime in here in case someone is still looking for information on these old girls.  The Simaudio Celeste 4150SE is built like a tank.  Very musical, smooth and tons of bass punch if you feed it with quality equipment and recordings.

I have just put one in my garage system and am seriously thinking of bringing it in to the listening room and replacing my Moon 400M Monoblocks.  It sounds that good.

I have not heard a Krell but have owned lots of Bryston products and consider the Celeste an equal to Bryston in all aspects except warranty.  Can't beat Bryston for service or warranty.
the amp has bass punch as i have tried drum and double
bass cds
may be not comparable to bryston/krell
From what i know its a very musical amp..clean and detailed. IMO, it lacks on bass punch. I haven't compared it to the ones you mentioned.
