Is silence golden?

Good morning to the community!  I’m about to pull the trigger on a Solid Tech Rack of Silence 4 Reference.  However, I wanted to query you all and seek out your opinions.  Would any owners of this rack please share with me their experiences?  Are there other racks that might offer better performance for a similar price?  On Solid Tech’s website, reference is made to a Rack of Silence 5 but I can’t seem to locate any information on it.  Does anybody know anything about this piece of equipment?  Thanks and a great day to all!
