NO! There is no electron charge flow in quartz.

Is the quartz crystal resonator a semiconductor device? Quartz crystal resonator is composed of quartz wafer (main content is silicon dioxide), silver glue, ceramic base, cover, etc. May I ask whether the quartz crystal resonator is a semiconductor device

Quartz is used widely, in the semiconductor industry. Quartz is made of Silica (Silicon Dioxide), which IS THE primary ingredient, when making semiconductors. ie:
