I quit eating ice cream because none was custom built for my taste buds.
I think you are underestimating my Ice Cream tasting abilities.
Honestly though, we buy speakers that we like the way the sound, correct? Why then would they have to be custom tuned to my ears, whatever that means. Can you please give us an example of what the heck you mean when you say that?
I mean, wouldn’t the speakers have to be tuned to our ear, to all of the associated equipment, to our room, to our musical tastes, to our mood, to the volume?
I’m 100% certain of one thing though, and that is that Kenjit only has problems, no solutions; must be rough
Man, I took 4 years off from Audiogon and it went to crap...
It used to be an informative, cordial place to hang out. Now you get quite a few, fairly ignorant people pretending to be smart about audio, and my God, they are super annoying. Is there a way to just block what some members post? I’ve got 3 on my list that I’d be fine to never hear from again.
I wouldn’t mind Kenjit if I felt like he was genuine and working towards a goal, other than pissing everyone off. All he wants to do is complain and point out what he believes are shortcomings within speaker design, yet he never ever tries to work towards a solution. Solutions have been given to him from Duke, and others, but Kenjit has no response.
My grandma was right, society is going to hell in a handbasket.
